I have been training with Sean for a year and a half. He does a great job of explaining how every exercise works out each muscle and the science behind everything we do. He keeps me accountable when I want him to. He not only helps me in my workouts together, but he teaches me so that I know how to work out in my free time. I highly recommend whether you are trying to get healthy, compete in shows or anything in between.

Another strength of Sean’s is to work around injuries or nagging issues but still meet goals.
