With over 9 years of experience in the fitness industry, Sean has earned a reputation as an expert in weight loss, strength training, and even competition prep.
Sean’s dedication to his craft is evident in his impressive qualifications. He holds an Exercise Science degree from Point Loma Nazarene University and has studied Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Limerick in Ireland. He’s also trained numerous trainers at Self Made Training Facility, making him a true “trainer’s trainer.”

“The Team here at Sean Shannon Fitness aims to encompass all your fitness needs. We offer personal training, semi private training, and small group fitness. We also have bootcamps and fitness challenges. Your goals are assessed, plans are set, and check ins are done weekly. We specialize in 4 categories, fit moms, dadbods, small group, and competition prep. Meal planning is included in all packages, for both in person and online training clients. If you’re a competitor, we offer posing services as well with our IFBB Pro athletes.”
