With an Exercise Science degree from Point Loma Nazarene University and having studied Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Limerick in Ireland, Sean is fully equipped to meet your fitness needs. He has also trained numerous trainers at Self Made Training Facility. He is your trainers trainer.
