I would consider myself “newish” to the gym, after 20+ years post athletics. I was intimidated and avoided gyms at all costs for many reasons. I met Sean through mutual friends/clients, and decided to give it a shot. Walking in my first day, I cried, actual tears…. Sean welcomed me, open arms and open mind.
