On June 15th 2022 I made a life changing decision that had me cross paths with Jackilyn Burns. I was weak, unmotivated, and physically unable to keep up with my job. I was clear about my goals of wanting to gain strength and being able to keep up. Jackie not only helped me meet this goal, but far surpassed anything I could have imagined. Between her knowledge, compassion, and ability to push me past my perceived limits she set me up for more than just getting stronger. Today my life looks very different than it did on that first day. Jackie made me realize how important and easy it is to put my health first, and how to show up for myself daily through movement, food, and laughter. This is just the beginning and I can’t wait to see how far we can go.

I have been working with Jacki since August 2023. A friend had introduced me to her so that she could help me meet my fitness goals. My goal was to get leaner, stronger, and find that motivation to actually work out. Working in a small group has really motivated me to actually get there early in the morning. Jackie helps me stay accountable with myself and has been helping me meet all of my goals. She really focuses on my form to prevent any injury. She is aware of my medical background and adjusts workouts to them. Jacki makes going to the gym at 5am something I look forward to. I was able to find my own small community of other women that empower women to be their best selves.
